The Sagar School organized Capacity Building Workshop on ‘Learning Outcomes and Pedagogy’

NCRkhabar@Bhiwadi. The Sagar School Tijara organized a Capacity Building Workshop focused on
“Learning Outcomes and Pedagogy,” in collaboration with CBSE. This event featured
renowned educators Dr. C.B. Mishra, Principal of Prudence School, and Ms. Nirman Popli, Principal of Keshav Vidya Vihar Sr. Sec. School, as the main speakers. Educators and experienced professionals from both The Sagar School and nearby institutions graced the occasion with their presence. During the workshop, Dr. Mishra and Ms. Popli delved deep into crucial topics including teaching learning cycle, the significance of 21st-century competencies, the differences between learning outcomes and learning objectives and using Bloom’s Taxonomy as a resource for creating S.M.A.R.T learning outcomes. They emphasised the transformative impact of the
National Education Policy 2020 and National Curriculum Framework (NCF), urging educators to evolve and drive positive changes within the educational landscape.
The atmosphere of the seminar was charged with insightful discussions and active
participation. Dr. Mishra and Ms. Popli captivated the audience with engaging talks, interactive Q&A sessions, and a series of hands-on activities. The session thrived on its interactive nature, with a continuous exchange of queries and insights between the facilitators and attendees. The practical activities effectively reinforced the concepts discussed, enabling participants to reflect
on and apply their learnings.
