Ncrkhabar@NewDelhi/Bengaluru: Eugenix Hair Sciences has expanded its presence in South India with the launch of its fifth centre in Bengaluru. The new facility in Domlur was inaugurated by Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar and is aimed at serving patients from Karnataka and neighbouring regions seeking specialised hair restoration procedures.
Located at Featherlite Vantage on 100 Feet Road, Domlur, the new centre spans more than 6,000 sq ft and features six operation theatres. According to the company, the facility will help patients from Bengaluru and other parts of Karnataka access specialised hair restoration services without having to travel to other cities.
With the Bengaluru launch, Eugenix Hair Sciences now has centres in Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar and Bengaluru.
New Hair Transplant Centre in Bengaluru
The Bengaluru centre will offer hair restoration procedures including Direct Hair Transplantation (DHT) and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). The company follows a doctor-led treatment model, with surgeons involved in key stages including diagnosis, treatment planning, hairline design, donor assessment and surgical supervision.
Speaking at the inauguration, Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar welcomed Eugenix to Bengaluru and highlighted the city’s growing role in specialised healthcare and medical tourism.
Eugenix co-founder Dr. Pradeep Sethi said the Bengaluru launch marks an important milestone for the organisation, which began nearly two decades ago with a clinic in Rishikesh. Co-founder Dr. Arika Bansal said the expansion is intended to bring the organisation’s clinical expertise closer to patients who previously travelled to its other centres for treatment.
Eugenix Hair Sciences’ Journey
Eugenix Hair Sciences was founded by Dr. Pradeep Sethi and Dr. Arika Bansal, both alumni of AIIMS, New Delhi and Fellows of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS).
The company said it has performed more than 22,000 hair restoration procedures over 15 years for patients from India and overseas. Its Bengaluru centre will focus on serving patients from Karnataka as well as the wider southern region.
The organisation’s signature Direct Hair Transplantation technique was introduced through peer-reviewed research published in the Journal of Cutaneous and Aesthetic Surgery in 2013 and indexed on PubMed.
The Bengaluru launch event also featured a sand-art installation created by Padma Shri awardee Sudarsan Pattnaik, marking Eugenix Hair Sciences’ entry into the city.
