In a Grand Award ceremony held at Hotel Radisson, Gurugram, Mr Shailendra Mishra, Vice Principal of The Sagar School, Tijara, has been honoured with the Shiksha Bhushan Puraskar, India’s Iconic School Educators Award. This recognition was bestowed opon him during the Teachers Conference organized by CED, a Training and Assessment Unit registered under MSME (Govt. of India).
Mr. Shailendra’s remarkable achievement shines even brighter when considering the fact that he was selected out of an impressive pool of 2,456 applicants from 28 different states across India. His journey of success finds a mention in the Coffee Table book, released during the Teacher Conference on National Curriculum Framework 2023. He is a competent professional with 25 years of experience in Teaching, Administration, and Management of School Activities across the renowned educational bodies such as The Rajkumar College, Rajkot and The Sagar School, Tijara to name a few. As a CBSE Resource Person he got various opportunities to conducted workshops on topics like “Art Integration”, “Gender Sensitivity”, “Value Education”, “Happy Classroom”, and “Stress Management” for Teachers of several schools. He is also the expertise in conducting workshops on “Cyber Safety”, and “GraphoTherapy for Handwriting improvement”. He always Exercises judgment within generally defined practices in selecting methods & techniques for obtaining customized teaching solutions. As an effective communicator with excellent relationship management, time management, public speaking, interpersonal skills, he has been helping many students and teachers in realizing their goals in life. As Teacher Trainer he has the honour of Training several Teachers, as part of Hubs of Learning schools for Online Classes, making them expert in ZOOM, Testmoz, Adobe, Microsoft tools such as Powerpoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams. He has been working as Cybercrime Intervention Office under CopConnect platform, and spreading awarness against cyber crime. Working as Vice Principal he has been handling all the issues of student behavior and counselling. Mr. Shailendra expressed his gratitude for the management of The Sagar School, for giving him opportunities to give his valuable service to the society.
