
ncrkhabar@Jaipur/Bhiwadi. n a major step towards digital transparency and ease of doing business, the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) has decided to discontinue new applications through Management Information System (MIS) 1.0. Going forward, all applications will be accepted only through MIS 2.0, a modern and automated online system.

All applications already received under MIS 1.0 will be processed through a green channel, ensuring smooth disposal without delay.
Launched on World Environment Day
Chief Minister Bhanwar Lal Sharma inaugurated MIS 2.0 on 5th June 2025, coinciding with World Environment Day. The system aims to simplify administrative processes and promote transparency in industrial compliance.

- Instant access to inspection notices, error notifications, and timelines via the portal and mobile app.
- Auto-renewal facility for industries to save time and avoid delays.
- A dedicated Citizen Portal where the public can access board-related information and lodge complaints online.
Benefits for Industries and Citizens
The Pollution Control Board highlighted that MIS 2.0 will make processes faster, transparent, and fully digital. Industries will benefit from reduced paperwork and quicker approvals, while citizens will gain easier access to information and grievance redressal. The Board has appealed to all industrialists to adopt MIS 2.0 and its auto-renewal system to leverage a transparent and efficient compliance framework.
